Teamwork, harvesting, baking and sustainability came together in Rang a Cúig recently. An Fómhar was the theme and the boys and girls brought in fruit from their gardens. Apples, plums and blackberries were harvested and the class got together in teams to create some very delicious crumble. To add to the process, it was all done “as Gaeilge”
