In the short few weeks since starting school, Junior Infants have developed into super reporters! This week , their task was to bring something from home that begins with the letter “s”. They really stepped up to the task and enjoyed reporting on objects ranging from Spongebob and a sliotar, to Santa and a s-s-snakes and ladders game and many others in between. Senior Infants have been busy learning how to make their own butter and lemonade this week with very tasty results. We definitely have some budding Masterchef contestants in the making!
Fifth Class joined in with all the fun of Science Week by demonstrating their ‘explosive’ experiments.
In Junior Infants we love to play and make new friends. The latest addition to our play area is our “bedroom”! It didn’t take long for some of the cailini to plan a mini sleepover !

Mouths were watering and taste buds tingling in 2nd class recently as we celebrated World Food Day by tasting foods from all over the globe!
2nd class have been investigating how much they have grown since they were babies by measuring one another. It was a fun activity which required precision and co-operation.
