Last Wednesday, Second Class had great fun making chocolate fruit kabobs. We discussed what we needed and wrote a procedure. We followed the steps while making the kabobs. Finally, we added some marshmallows and a drizzle of chocolate as a treat. They were kabobolicious!
Kick for Kolkata
RatheniskaAs we went to the GAA pitch today for our usual breaktime, we were surprised to meet Kevin O’Riordan from Tipperary who is on a fundraising mission for The Hope Foundation. He is aiming to to kick a point in 1,616 club and county GAA grounds around Ireland. The money he raises will go towards supporting an education programme for vulnerable and underprivileged street and slum children in Kolkata. We witnessed him scoring his point in Ratheniska and cheered him on his way to many more club grounds. For more information about his fundraising efforts click here.
