Fourth Class took part in TIMSS today, April 19th.
TIMSS stands for “Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study” and is a project of the International Study Center in Boston College.
TIMSS assesses the mathematics and science achievement of pupils in Fourth Class in Primary School and Second Year in Secondary School. It was first conducted in 1995 and takes place every four years.
This is our first year being invited to participate and it gave the boys and girls in Rang 4 a great sense of pride in being asked to do so.
