Spring has Sprung!!

Second class went for a nature walk around the school grounds recently. We had great fun examining tree and flower buds. We saw ploughed fields with grass seed starting to grow. We picked some lovely spring daffodils. We were even lucky enough to hear a blackbird singing a few tunes!

How does your garden grow?

Junior Infants have been busy with a garden theme lately. They enjoy shopping at our role play garden centre, they keep busy designing a garden in the sand tray and constructing their dream garden with blocks, flowers etc. Next stop “Bloom” in the Phoenix Park!Garden Centre
