Christmas Story Time!
RatheniskaIt’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…. Today Fifth Class paid a visit to the Senior Infants’ Classroom. We were there to share our Christmas narratives. We had a wonderful time and were delighted to hear the Seniors own story of how Rudolph got an orange nose! We hope to be back to share more stories in the new year!

If Santa got stuck in your chimney!
RatheniskaAdvice from Junior Infants on what to do if Santa got stuck in your chimney!
Alex:- Sprinkle some magic dust, Santa will get smaller and be able to get down.
Oisín:- Don’t tell Mammy and Daddy- Just get a rope, tie it around Santa’s legs and pull him out!
Aoife:- Tell Santa to wriggle his feet, then simply believe and he will get down the chimney!
Kabobolicious!!
RatheniskaRecently Second Class learned about making fruit kabobs. They wrote their own step by step fruit kabob procedure. We discussed the ingredients and equipment we would need to make them. We also talked about and sequenced the method we would follow. Then the fun part……….we made the fruit kabobs!! We added some marshmallows and drizzled some chocolate over the kabobs as a Friday treat! They were KABOBOLICIOUS!!
