Thanks to the Artists in Schools Scheme which is funded by Laois County Council, we are delighted to welcome artist Mary Slevin to our school. Mary will work in collaboration with Mr Fennelly, Mrs Stapleton and Rang 2 for a period of 9 weeks. They will explore a variety of art forms based on Irish Legends. They started off their session this week with Fionn Mac Cumhaill.
We are eagerly awaiting what they will produce over the next few weeks.
