Engineers’ Week took place from 28th February to 5th March. We were delighted to have one of our parents, John Kelly, in school to talk to the pupils in 6th class.  Engineers’ Week is a week-long programme of nationwide events celebrating the world of engineering in Ireland. John’s presentation helped create a very positive awareness and enthusiasm about the engineering profession. All the boys and girls in 6th class explored different types of engineering and some will hopefully follow in John’s footsteps in the future.
