6th class ventured up to Dublin recently to enjoy their school tour. They traveled all around Dublin city, on land and on water, aboard a bus which also functioned as a boat! Afterwards we were lucky enough to take a tour all around Croke Park where we hope many of our school sportspeople will get a chance to play in someday. We saw all the behind the scenes spots which included a very prestigious players lounge, fancy changing rooms and we even sat where the media would sit to take accounts of all the GAA games along with much more! On the way home we enjoyed the obligatory school tour McDonald’s and we arrived home with full bellies and smiles on our faces!
