To celebrate the summer holidays coming 1st  class went on a lovely walk to Loughihoe Hill. We prepared for our trip by creating our own scavenger hunt of wild flowers and plants that we would find on our way. We also brought our teddies for our teddy bear picnic which we had at the top of the hill. As we had been learning about France in class we had a french themed picnic and tasted different types of croissants, pain au chocolat and baguettes. On our way down we did some leaf and bark rubbing of the sycamore tree. We had a great time!
