As part of the Ireland 2016 Centenary programme, we were delighted to welcome Lieutenant Lee to our school recently. He presented us with a copy of the 1916 Proclamation and a National flag. Orla from 6th Class read a section of the Proclamation while Chloe from Junior Infants accepted the flag on behalf of the school community. We look forward to raising the flag on March 15th, 2016.
