The sun came out, the sky was blue! So Junior Infants decided to explore the flora and fauna in Ratheniska. Having spotted, buttercups, daisies, dandelions and bluebells, we continued walking and found spiders’ webs, butterflies, several types of creepy crawlies and even a frog! After all that exploring it was time to enjoy the sunshine and have a picnic in the long grass!

They set about exploring their new environment , played with the toys, showed off their artistic ability and hopefully enjoyed their first experience of “big school”. We look forward to meeting all of them and their parents again in September.
